    Shipping & Returns

    Delivery

    Delivery is FREE in 99% of the products. The 1% of goods that dont qualify are usually large heavy objects, deliveries to remote areas or custom made to order products. Each product has a shipping information tab where you can view these details.

    Express Shipping:

    Duration is 3-9 business days and with tracking. In most cases this is FREE, however when shipping from international regions the most you will pay is $6, yes thats right $6 for international express shipping. The checkout page will allow you to estimate the shipping costs.

    There are some exceptions to the FREE shipping policy, i.e. certain custom made-to-order lighting products.

    Economic Shipping:

    Duration 7-25 business days (usually around 2 weeks).

    This option is always free unless you live in remote areas that we simply cannot deliver to.

    Warehouses

    Our products ship from different warehouses in countries closest to your location. We are expanding our range and offering more products to both local and international regions - as a result we may ship from international locations.

    Faulty or Damaged Goods

    Please contact us if you need to return your items due to damaged or faulty goods. We are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase and that your product arrives in good working order. Many of our suppliers have strict timeframes and policies governing product returns so please carefully below.

    Returns

    1. Change of mind - We do not allow returns on change of mind so please choose carefully before you checkout. 
    2. For warranty claims you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. If you dont notify us within 14 days then you miss the window of opportunity for arranging a return. Our suppliers have strict timeframes regarding returns and we have to honour this.
    3. If you receive the product and its dead-on-arrival or damaged then we will handle this through postal insurance or lodge a defect with the supplier. In this instace we need to be notified within 14 days of you receiving the product. 
    4. Get in touch via the Contact Us page and a representative will manage your return.

    Warranty

    Any warranty information will be on the product. We will handle your warranty claim with the manufacturer. Please contact us for any warranty related issues.
