Shipping Costs
We charge a flat rate of $10.00 (including GST) per order for items shipped from within Australia.
For items shipped from overseas, the flat rate is $20.00 per order.
Shipping Within Australia
We use Star Track Fixed Price Priority for most domestic orders. This service is generally overnight to metropolitan areas. However, please note that overnight delivery is not guaranteed.
Regional deliveries and larger orders may take more time. These are shipped via Toll in cartons and typically take 2 to 4 business days for delivery.
Orders placed before 12:00pm are shipped the same day.
Peak Season Shipping Times
During peak periods (from 15 July to 1 November), please allow up to 1 additional business day for dispatch due to increased demand.
Returns
No dramas, no worries, feel free to return your item under the following conditions:
- The item is returned to us within 30 days of your order being delivered.
- The item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
If an item has been opened, tampered with or shows signs of being used then we will be unable to provide a refund.
For change of mind returns, you will need to pay for the delivery of the return.
For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns for masks, and wigs.
